Polyscout AI collects data necessary to perform computer vision analysis on prediction market screenshots and manage your account. This includes:

  • Account Details: Email addresses and user identifiers supplied through our authentication partner (Clerk).
  • Screenshots: Images you upload for scanning. These are stored securely in Supabase storage and processed via the Google Gemini API.
  • Usage Data: Counts of scans, timestamps, subscription statuses, and interface interactions.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed strictly for providing the edge analysis service:

  • To parse screenshot images and extract market details.
  • To check scan count limits and handle subscription billing validation.
  • To improve our optical character recognition (OCR) and layout matching algorithms.

3. Information Sharing and Processing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal details or screenshot uploads to third parties. We share information only with trusted processors necessary to deliver our service:

  • Clerk: For identity verification and sign-in services.
  • Google Gemini API: To process screenshots and perform vision OCR analysis. We do not authorize Google to use your images for model training.
  • Dodo Payments / Stripe: To handle secure payment processing, subscriptions, and invoicing.
  • Supabase: For database hosting and secure cloud file storage.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your screenshots are uploaded to private, authenticated storage buckets. Access is governed by signed URLs that expire automatically. We implement modern industry standard encryption and access controls to prevent unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights and Deletion

You are in control of your data. You can delete your account and clean up your historical scan entries at any time directly through your dashboard settings. If you require assistance with permanent database purge requests, please contact us.

6. Changes to this Policy

We may periodically update this policy to reflect modifications in our features or compliance guidelines. Any updates will be posted directly on this page with an adjusted revision date.
